BACK TO SCHOOL!

Chantelle was obviously so upset about 3rd grade starting up! hee hee!
I'm not sure if we watched too much High School Musical and Hannah Montana this summer or not, but after she couldn't pose "normal" for a photo I realized maybe we should have laid off it a little!
She is loving school and I am loving her being back at school! Talk about a win-win!

Quin's Homecoming

We are soooo happy that Quin is now home! After almost a year in Iraq Quin returned home!

Lexi is just thrilled to have her Daddy home and I'm sure Shaunna is loving the extra help around the house!

Our FISH!

Chantelle LOVES swimming and had a blast doing her first year of swim team!

Out of 15 races, she took 10 first places! We are so proud of her, especially considering that one year ago she couldn't swim at all!

Baby Aiden

On February 19, 2008 we were thrilled to welcome baby Aiden Axel Humphries into our family!

He is an absolute delight to have around and we have loved watching him grow, learn and laugh!

He will be 6 months in less than a week and we cant beleive how fast time has flown by!

Humphries Happenings

Well after some inspiration from two friends I have decided to start a blog for our family.
We had a wonderful summer with trips to San Antonio to see Melissa Clark graduate from High School, then to Utah for a Family Reunion and lots of little trips in between, like our favorite to the Sand Dunes in Southern Colorado!
Chantelle was busy with swim team, soccer and playing most of the summer and isn't too thrilled about school starting in less than a week. She is trying to get a lot of last minute activities in!
Aiden is growing so fast! We never really understood when people would say, "They grow up so fast!" It is so true, for both kids, so we try to slow life down and enjoy them and build memories.
Jason is busy working at First National Bank where he has been for 6 years now. I work part-time at First National Bank and have been fortunate to have a home office so I can be around for the kids during the day.
